STATUS: Parent company JCJ Inc. and its subsidiary builder firms, Fairway Homes and Dream Time Builders, are working through wetlands and permitting issues for what is scheduled to be a three-phase golf course community development. If all goes well, construction on the daily fee course could begin early next year.

Designer Dave Edsall said he plans a replica course, with holes based on signature holes from Augusta's Amen Corner, Baltusrol, Castle Pines and several British courses. A John Daly Learning Center has also been discussed for the course, but not finalized. Daly Excavation has consulted with Edsall on possible shaping and routing strategies, but no general contractor has been selected.
